On Monday, April 6, Commissioner Malakand Division, Masood Ahmad, along with Deputy Commissioner Swat, Saleem Jan Marwat, visited the orphan care institution Khpal Kor Village and Khpal Kor Nursing and Health Sciences College.
Director Khpal Kor Foundation, Muhammad Ali, gave a detailed briefing to Commissioner Malakand Division Masood Ahmad and Deputy Commissioner Swat Saleem Jan Marwat about the foundation’s initiatives and services.
On this occasion, the Commissioner stated that Khpal Kor Foundation is playing a vital role in promoting education and upbringing for orphan children in Malakand Division. He added that the Khpal Kor Nursing and Health Sciences College, established with the support of the provincial government, will provide quality higher education to orphan boys and girls in the division, marking a significant milestone.
As the chief guest, he also met with the young orphan boys and girls residing at Khpal Kor Village and appreciated the facilities being provided to them.
He termed the services of the institution as commendable and assured full support from himself and the district administration.
At the end of the visit, a commemorative souvenir was presented to the chief guest by the administration of Khpal Kor Foundation.
